SunState Yoga

I love SunState Yoga! It’s my favorite yoga studio in St. Pete. I tried their intro special (one month unlimited), and then ended up coming literally every day. So obsessed with their hot power flow! The owner & all the yoga teachers are extremely friendly, and I’ve made some of my best friends in St. Pete through the studio. Love it here — feels more like a community than any other studio I’ve tried.

I have been a member at SunState for a little over a year and it has been one of the highlight of my weeks for every week this past year. Not only are the classes amazing ways to get a great workout, stretch and meditate in, but the studio, its members and its instructors, is the most welcoming studio I’ve ever been to. Moving to a new city was scary but finding SunState I immediately felt at home. Whether you are experienced or a beginner, I highly recommend coming to experience this unique flow!

I have been coming to SunState since it opened in December 2019 and the studio just keeps getting better. The teachers are always growing and dedicated to expanding their practices in order to best serve their students. Plus, the studio is always offering fun and exciting workshops for all members of the community. Highly recommend practicing yoga here!

I encourage anyone reading this but "on the fence" about yoga to try it at SunState Yoga. I've been doing yoga regularly now for a year here and will always be able to say I truly began my practice at SunState. The community is composed of people who respect "the individual" enough to allow each person to set, challenge and overcome their own personal limits within the practice of yoga. It's a very affirming, supportive place. I wouldn't be where I am now within my own practice without the support of the people at SunState. Yoga itself can be done anywhere, but you can only practice at SunState Yoga here in sunny St. Pete! We hope to see you soon!

I have been coming to Sunstate since January of this year and this is one of the only workout studios I've found that has motivated me to stay consistent. I love the variety of classes and I recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting into the practice of yoga. Great atmosphere and even better people to make you feel strong!
